From Raw Materials to Finished Product
Diamond TMT bars are made from Billets raw material, which passes through a scrupulous quality testing. The testing process is absolutely full proof including facilities like spectrometer as well as wet lab.
Reheating furnace is equipped with pre-heating, heating and stocking zones. This helps in smooth rolling at a uniform temperature giving us a quality product. Our plant is equipped to handle reheating of 25 metric tons per hour.
Roughing Mill is driven with a high-powered AC motor and has a capacity of rolling billets of 130ˣ130mm.
Scada Controlling system runs with DC motors that controls intermediate mill of four stands providing perfect rolling temperature and maintains aligned length and quality of our bars.
Finishing Mill of six-continuous stands are operated by Scada Controlled System to run high power individual DC motors for each stand, that helps to produce a proper shaped TMT bars at a speed of 20 meters per second.
Most advance QST technologies approved by the European Building Standards used in the production of the Diamond TMT. Our bars go through an advance fully automatic, high speed thermo mechanical ‘Quenching and Tempering’ 3 stage process.
The bars are docked on a 78 meters long twin channel and automatic cooling bed. This ensures no reheating or change takes place in the physical properties of each bars. And, the grade, finishing and quality remains consistent.
The bars are transferred and stored in a closed 50,000 sq feet shed for delivering bars rust free.
Our finished product passes through quality check in our equipped lab with Spectrometer 120 KN Universal testing machine of FIE, Hardness tester machine, Wet lab and other equipments. This tests are under our highly qualified Q.C Inspectors and Chemists, who keep an eye on all the testing and insure that all our TMT bars are flawless giving our clients reliable product.
